課程概述 |
本課程為生技系大三學生的必修課程，首先介紹染色體的結構與組成，進而導引進入DNA的複製，重組與修復。之後以Central Dogma的理論架構，介紹基因的表現，包含轉錄，RNA 修飾，與轉譯等過程。最後介紹基因的調控與分子生物學的技術。 |
